Recently, Jaymes Aynsley of General Networks was hired by Keesal, Young & Logan – a law firm based in Long Beach, CA to mine its document management system, so KYL could better measure its employees’ productivity, methodology for completing work, and overall time spent on tasks.

Through the statistics pulled by General Networks, the Keesal, Young & Logan management team was able to quantify productivity and specialization to adjust staffing ratios, adjust workflow allocation and make changes to its training program.
